  5. v1.00a - Fixed bug in code that occured when a new base was created for
  6.          the BADECHO area.  This would result in improper data files.

  8.          Fixed bug in file locking code on JAM bases that occurs on
  9.          Windows 95 systems as a result of a minor inconsistency between
  10.          API usage on that platform.

  12.          Fixed annoying color bug under Windows 95.

  14.          Fixed bug in SETUP that did not clear contents of certain text boxes.
